We take pride in the quality and value of everything we offer. Our goal is to make you happy. Your satisfaction is what keeps us in business. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, please call us. We will assist you politely and promptly with an exchange, refund or credit. All items (excluding breastpumps) are refundable within 30 days of receipt if in their original condition (like new, only tried on for fit, but not worn, soiled or washed). Shipping and handling on return merchandise is non-refundable.

To return or exchange an item, call us at (800) 637-9426 to make sure that it was purchased directly from us. If you bought the item from one of our distributors, you must call them to find out their return/exchange policy. If it was in fact purchased from us, send the product and a letter explaining what you want to do with the item, your name and address, and if it is an exchange, a check for postage to send the new item to you to us at:
