It is our policy to never send your credit card number via e-mail. In fact, this is a practice we recommend you adopt in all of your Internet activities.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped in California. Distributors in California with a valid sales tax ID number are exempt.

Charging your credit card
We do not charge your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise to you. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Multiple Shipments
If your order is sent in multiple shipments (either to the same destination or to different destinations), your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.

DISTRIBUTOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES AND DETAILS

U.P.S. ground service is our standard shipping method on all orders. If weÅfre shipping to a destination within the U.S., the order will usually arrive within 3-7 business days. U.P.S. calculates shipping costs according to your zip code. If your are paying for your order with a credit card, your packing slip/receipt will reflect your exact charges. If you are paying with a check please pay the amount below.

Minimum shipping on one sling is $6.00. Add $1.00 for each additional sling ordered. Example: 6 slings = $11.00
7 slings = $12.00
8 slings = $13.00
9 slings = $14.00
10 slings = $15.00


Distributors shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses are sent via United States Postal Service to shipping addresses in the U.S. territories. These customers must pay with a credit card.

There is no additional charge to include small items into your package of slings, ie: brochures, videos, Kidslings, promotional items etc.

Add $1.00 shipping to each item of Simply Delicious Nursingwear clothing ordered at the same time. Orders exceeding $1,000.00 receive FREE shipping in the U.S.A.

All individual slings being drop shipped directly to your customer cost $6.00 each. If you are exchanging a sling for a different size or color that is less than 1 year old, please include $6.00 return shipping fee for first sling you wish to exchange, add $1.00 for each additional sling in the same box.

Minimum shipping charge on any single item is $6.00. If you need only a few brochures, videos etc., we will allow you to purchase one sling at the wholesale price. That way your shipping will be more worth your while. You are basically paying shipping for the sling and then we can add any small items into the same package at no additional cost.

All Simply Delicious Nursingwear being drop shipped directly to your customer is charged the Retail Shipping Prices Below.

All non-clothing items that are not discounted to distributors are charged Retail Shipping prices according to the cost of each item.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • All slings (excluding the Extravagant Love Slings) are not refundable. We will exchange any sling for a different size or color within one year.
  • Our breast pumps are not refundable.
  • All Simply Delicious Nursingwear may be returned within 30 days of receipt in their 'original' condition. For exchanges on clothing, there is an additional shipping charge.

Shipping and handling on return merchandise is non-refundable. Please complete the Return/Exchange form provided with your purchase and send all packages to:

INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTOR SHIPPING DETAILS

All orders shipped out of the United States will be sent via first class United States Postal Service unless otherwise specified. All out of country orders must be paid by credit card. No checks accepted. You will notice two charges on your bill for each order. The first charge will be for your order, and the second for the shipping after we deliver it to the post office. Shipping charges are exact costs plus $3.00 handling fee.

Customs and import duties information
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We do not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your countryÅfs custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Plan ahead to save money
Some options to save on shipping costs would be to order one order first class and at the same time, order another box to ship surface. That way, just when you need more slings, your surface box will have arrived, then reorder at that time surface again.

If you have a relative who is planning on visiting you in the near future, have us ship the slings to them in the U.S. and have them bring them to you in their luggage.

All orders exceeding $1,000.00 must still pay for shipping but to compensate some of the costs we will give you a FREE sling of your choice (Extravagant Love Slings excluded) for every 18 slings ordered.
